Great kid friendly house. Is one level (so no steps for little ones to battle). Good supply of toys and DVD's - so the house was very child accommodating). The kitchen and bathrooms have been refurbished and are lovely and the house has a very homely feel to it. Thanks Maggie - enjoyed our weeks break.

Christine Sydney: We love Palm Cove and have been 3 times. Now that we have discovered The Palm Cove Tropical House we just come back to the same place every year. Its perfect for 2 families holidaying together as there is plenty of space for everybody to spread out. All the kids slept together in the 2 bedrooms at the centre of the house by the playroom and the 2 couples had a big bedroom at opposite ends of the house. My husband loves the footy so he is happy that he can watch it on a big TV like he does at home!

Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. Close to everything - Palm Cove beach, golf at Paradise Palms, great drive to Port Douglas. Owners have thought of everything, they are friendly without interfereing. Definately recommended.

We took the "House + Car' 'package which was really great because the folks came out to Cairns airport and picked us up . We had my parents as well as the kids with us and it was very suitable for all generations. The layout of the house was great because we had the parents master bedroom which was away from the kids bedrooms and we could relax in the mornings. The kids loved the pool and swam every day and my folks enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings.

Thanks for the wonderful holiday. Maggie the host was very helpful,and suggested the best reef trips as well as organising a discounted hire car. It was just what we needed.

We came up for a family wedding in Palm Cove so the Palm Cove Tropical House was perfectly situated as we could walk to and from the ceremony on the beach and the Angsana Hotel where they had the wedding party. We loved the location because it is a quiet street and we could walk to all the restaurants. My teenagers were happy too because they brought along a laptop and used the free internet to remain in touch which their friends at home.

We gave it a 5***** rating - it was very close to the beach and some awesome restaurants so we dined out some nights and fired up the BBQ others. The house was great for the kids - my son enjoyed Playstation 2 when he wasn't in the pool,and having toys available really gave us the chance to relax from the kids. The host Maggie gave us lots of tips on where to go and then left us to relax. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the house with my family and some friends. It worked perfecetly for us with the master bedroom being far away from the kids rooms.
The Pool was great and we had many barbecues.
My kids loved the playstation games and it kept them happy in the evenings so we could relax.Palm Cove Beach was very closeby. Highly recommended.
